Production Process
As an BV ,ISO , approved supplier in China ,we have more than 20 years produce and export steel pole ,and we can assure the pole we offered is of sound quality which made from qualified material with our professional workers and advance equipment .
Our factory own advance production line, machine including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All the purpose is to produce good quality steel poles.
The fabrication process as cut plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drill holes, quality check before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating, finally quality check according by client’s required.
Galvanization
The galvanization of the steel pole are under strict control. Galvanization is achieved by immersion in a molten zinc bath(450̊) after pre-treated (dipping).
